Furniture-Pro attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Furniture-Pro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Furniture-Pro respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it. We only collect information from you when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. Any information we collect is used for the sole purpose of providing you with a more satisfying online ordering experience. We will not share, sell or rent any personal information to any other companies or parties for any reason.
When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. For accounts with payment terms, when paying by check, please ensure that your invoice numbers are clearly listed to speed up processing and avoid possible errors. Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being properly applied. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and COD. Other terms will be extened to current customers based on overall credit history and ability to pay for all goods purchased. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the amount over the limit is paid.
Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is 30 days from the date the item was delivered. After 30 days, products cannot be returned for a refund. If there is a problem with the product we will repair or replace it in accordance with our normal warranty. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once the item has been received the return will be processed. All return products must be in original, new condition and include all original packaging and parts. If an item is damaged or missing parts, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are processed within 7 days.
Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our website, or through Furniture-Pro's Customer Service Department at (219) 755-4780. By placing an order with Furniture-Pro, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that we are authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Furniture-Pro.
Viewing Orders
To view your order, go to the storefront, select the "My Account" link and log in. Then select "My Orders" from the menu on the left side.

To update your account information, go to the storefront, select the "My Account" link and log in. The click on the appropriate "Edit" links in the "Account Information" area
